Specification:

Instruction of producing acid oxidative -(electrical) potential water
1.Input water
Open the cover, input 4-litre water into each side of
  kettle (as at 4L graduation line of the bar)

2.Input salt 
Input 4-gram solid pure sodium chloride or cooking 
 salt into each side of kettle (equal as quantity of two teaspoon).

3.Insert socket
Put on the cover and insert the socket, green light is on.

4.	Operation 
Turn timer-key to the position of 10 minutes and water pump starts to operate, water flows
  out from drainage bar. It means that acid oxidative-potential water starts
  to produce and red light of this side will twinkle.

5.	Finish producing 
When you hear a sound of “Ding? the timer-key will be reduced to original position, 
 it means end .The water into the side that red light twinkles is acid oxidative-potential
 water we need, the other side is alkaline reduction –potential water.

6.Water intake 
Remove the cover and turn off the drainage bar. After that, push intake button of corresponding side for use.

What you can expect and how use it correctly
1.Rinsing & Disinfecting for fruits and vegetables
Soak fruits , meat , fish and vegetables into acid oxidative-potential
  water in 5~10 minutes.

2.Disinfecting for surface of article
Wipe the surface and remain 1~2 minutes with acid oxidative-potential water.

3.Cleaning & Disinfecting your hands
Put your hands into acid oxidative-potential water in 1~2 minutes.

4.Disinfecting for kitchen utensils
After rinse utensils, soak them into acid oxidative-potential water in 10~15 minutes.

Cautions
1.About alkaline reduction-potential water
In order to keep the best effective quality of acid oxidative-potential water
  every time, please drain out alkaline reduction-potential 
 water on the other side after producing.

2.No drinking.

3.Do not dilute.

4.Do not store acid oxidative-potential water with metal container and best use before previous night.
